Good Vs Evil - Which one are you?

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life.

''A fight is going on inside me,'' he said to the boy.
''It is terrible fight and it is between two wolves.

One is evil -
he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.

This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too.''

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather which wolf would win. The old Cherokee simply replied, ''The one you feed.''

Why does Allah not answer our prayers?

'Ibrahim Ibn Adham' said, when he was asked about the verse: 'Call upon Me and I will respond to you' - [Quran 40:60]. They said: We call upon Allah, but He does not respond to us. So he said:

You believe in the existence of Allah;
But you do not fulfill His commands.

You read the Holy Quran;
But you do not put it into practice.

You acknowledge the devil as your enemy;
But you do not go against him.

You say you love Prophet Muhammed (PBUH);
But you do not follow His Sunnah (Guidance way).

You want to enter Paradise;
But you do not work for it.

You do not want to enter hellfire;
But you do not stop sinning.

You say, indeed death is true;
But you do not prepare for it.

You gossip and find faults in others;
But you forget your own faults and bad habits.

You enjoy the benefits from Allah;
But you are not grateful to Him.

You bury the dead;
But you do not take a lesson from it.

Note From Me ^_^:

          Assalamualakum. Allah gives so much and the least thing
          we can do is obey Him. To pray, to follow the sunnah, to
          read and implement the Quran is what we should do.

                             Doing these things are for our advantage because Allah doesn't
                             command us to do somehting unless it is for our own benefit.

          Applying these righteous deeds acts like a surrounding shield of
          noble light that protects you from evilness.

                                       You have to remember that we are at constant war. Who
                                       is our enenmy? The devil. The devil will do anything to
                                       bring you down and Allah is merciful to us and wants us
                                       to do good in this world so no evil will harm you.

          Allah loves and wants the best for all and let us show our
          appreciation through righteous conduct.

''May Allah show righteousness to all and may we willingly & eternally follow it :) - ameeen!''

             Do not let evil become your pilot be in control of yourself by following sweet Allah . .

I Love Allah

Love For Allah

It's true. I righteously, respectively, sincerely, deeply, truly, and infinitly love Allah (SWT). May I, you, and every single individual truly love and willingly follow our true One Creator - ameen. How do we show our love to Allah? It is by truly obeying Him. Allah gifted us with eyes, nose, ears, hands, feet, a body... and to show our sincere gratitude for such blessings & to say thank You to our super Kind Creator is by using these gifts (eyes, hands...) He gave us righteously.
For example:
  • To use our eyes righteously by lowering our gaze and NOT watching wrong things.
  • To using your tongue righteously by NOT lying, gossiping, saying bad words, or using your voice lustfully to immorally attract the opposite gender.
  • To use your feet righteously by going to places that are good.
  • To use your hands righteously by NOT stealing, typing unethical language on computer, or wrongfully touching. Extra . . .
Because on judgement Day all these gifts will be witnesses on your good or bad conduct, speech, or thoughts.
So, don't use what Allah gave you in doing what pleases the devil. For Allah does NOT deserve that! All He wants for us is Heaven. Don't place a smile on the devil's face by turning your back on Allah. No matter how bad you have been, you can always ask for Allah's forgiveness for He is All-Forgiving, All-Merciful.
Remember that when you make matters well between you and Allah then Allah will make matters well between you and people. So, before you please other people, before you try to impress other people with your thoughts, speech or actions, improve yourself first towards your Lord. In addition, the more you love Allah the less you will love materialism because the more righteous you become the more darkness will leave you.
And to plant true love for Allah in your heart and to inhance the love for Allah within you is by simply learning more and more about Him. How? by learning more about Islam, through Islamic books, videos, TV channels, an Islamic scholar... Take it step by step and as you slowly learn more about Islam, the love for Allah will also slowly fill within your heart and I hope your heart overflows with your Creator's love ^_^ And remember the true knowledgeable intellectuals are those who implement what they righteously learn.
The following is a poem I wrote:

My No.1 Inspiration

Because of You my Lord, my souls at peace
See without You, my life would be deceased
You showed me happiness through satisfaction
And that materialism is but a devils distraction
I hope I can be the person I want to be
That when Allah looks, has honor to see
The most magical moments of my entire life
Is when doing good You overflow my heart with light
My No.1 Inspiration - making You proud is my every second motivation
And THANK YOU will NEVER be enough to show my appreciation.

     It is truly
       in the
         remembrance
           of Allah
             that
               our hearts
                 find
                   true peace . .

May every single soul be eternally blessed with unlimited nour, peace, and true immense and overflowing love for merciful Allah (SWT) - ameeeen!
